Hope N Wellness is owned and operated by Dr. Gregory Funk. Dr. Funk is a chiropractor who has been practicing in the Denver, Colorado area for more than 20 years. He is passionate about helping his patients live happier, healthier lives. Dr. Funk operates his practice on the fundamental belief that your body has the capability to support your overall health and wellness with the right tools.
Working so closely with his patients, Dr. Funk realized how few people were getting the nutrition and support they needed. He began looking for ways to help his patients find the balance necessary for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
He found Metagenics.
Metagenics offers the tools and resources that you need to support your diet, immune system, physical and mental health, and more. These supplements are an all-natural resource to provide your body with the well-rounded support it needs to operate at its peak.
After partnering with Metagenics and seeing the benefits they had to offer, Dr. Funk saw an opportunity to fulfill a bigger mission through his practice, which is why Hope N Wellness was created.
Active in the community and a dedicated father of two, Dr. Funk was able to see first hand how many kids suffer from food insecurity. It was clear how improper nutrition was hindering these kids' ability to learn and engage at school and in extracurriculars - a detriment that no child should have to experience.
Hope N Wellness partnered with Metagenics to help these kids thrive by providing them with the basic sustenance they need. 50% of the proceeds from all Metagenics sales help a child in need get the nutrition necessary for survival.
By deciding to live a healthier and happier life with Metagenics, you can help children in your community live a healthier and happier life, too.
About Feeding America
Feeding America is an organization dedicated to fighting hunger in the community. In the United States, 1 in 8 people struggles with hunger. That is three kids in your child's classroom who don't know where their next meal is coming from. That is nine people on your bus ride to work who didn't have breakfast.
With 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries, Feeding America provides four billion meals to the community every year. It operates on a four pillar model.
Securing Food - Through donations from restaurants, retailers, and other organizations Feeding America matches excess food with the food banks that need it the most.
Shipping and Storage - Highly-trained team members and technology helps Feeding America ensure that perishable and non-perishable food items arrive and are stored safely.
Distribution - Food is distributed throughout food banks and meal programs to ensure it reaches as many people as possible.
Support - Feeding America works with other organizations to promote food security, educate the public, and advocate for legislation that helps prevent people from going hungry.
Food insecurity is a serious problem here in America, which is why Hope N Wellness and Metagenics are proud partners of Feeding America.
