Drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, eat a well-balanced diet of whole foods, and get eight hours of sleep every night. But when life gets busy, the things we know we are supposed to do are usually the first to go. We drink coffee instead of water, skip the gym to catch up on work, swing by the fast food drive-thru on the way home, and stay up too late. That’s just everyday life.
